Returns Policy

If you are unhappy with any item you have purchased, you may return it to us (in the manner set out below) within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, requesting either (i) an exchange or (ii) a refund of the price paid.

(We have extended our returns policy over the festive period. Any orders placed pre-Christmas that are not personalised with initials, names or numbers (unless faulty), are eligible for an exchange/a refund until the end of January 2024) 

*Please note, any item bought from Club Stores personalised with initials, names or numbers are non-returnable, unless faulty.

For any bespoke/bulk order queries please contact your account handler or sales manager who’s name can be found on your copy order acknowledgement before returning any item/s.

Returning Faulty or Defective Items

Where an item you have purchased is faulty or defective in some way you are obliged to return the item to us within a reasonable period of time and may request either (i) a replacement or (ii) a refund of the price paid. If your order was placed via your online store and is faulty or defective, please email websales@halbro.com or contact us via phone with your order number and we will arrange for this to be returned and replaced/refunded as quickly as possible.

What to Return

  1. The item/s in the exact condition you received them in (with all packaging where possible)
  2. The returns form (received in the parcel) completed in full including your order number and contact details indicating whether you require a refund/exchange (where applicable)

Please note: For your protection, Halbro Sportswear recommend that you use a recorded delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items not received.

Cost in Returning Items

  1. Where you wish to return an item that is not faulty or defective, you are liable to pay for the cost of returning the item to us.
  2. Where the item is faulty or defective, we will issue a pre-paid Royal Mail returns label for any Online Store order returns at no additional cost to the customer. Please contact us via email, websales@halbro.com or via telephone.
  3. The returning of samples is at the customers cost. We recommend using a recorded service or a courier service if returning large consignments of items.

Time to Process Returns

We will try to process your exchange or refund as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 14 working days for us to action your request. Any refunds should appear via the original payment method within 3-5 working days.
