Deadline
The cut-off order date for guaranteed pre-Christmas delivery for online orders is at 08:30am Monday 1st December. Any online orders placed after 08:30am Monday 1st December CANNOT be guaranteed delivery before Christmas.
Any orders placed after 08:30am Monday 1st December will enter production as normal but cannot be guaranteed. We operate on a 2–3-week turnaround, however, with the extremely high volume of orders we expect to receive in November and December we simply cannot guarantee them all, due to the bespoke nature of our business. If you haven’t received a dispatch notification from us by end of play on Friday 19th December (our last dispatch day), then your order will be completed and dispatched within the first couple of working weeks after we have re-opened in the New Year.
*Any bespoke items produced in bulk, i.e. QEGS will be dispatched as per descriptions/popups on those shop pages – please email websales@halbro.com if you are unsure.
Our last working day of the year will be Tuesday 23rd December, where we will then close to enjoy the break, and we will be back open on Monday 5th January 2026, ready for another exciting year!
