As we quickly approach the festive period, we would like to take this opportunity to update all our customers with our upcoming schedule…

Please be sure to place your order online before Sunday 1st December, to guarantee they be delivered in time for gifting to friends and family for Christmas.

Any orders placed after this date will enter production as normal but cannot be guaranteed. We do run on a 2–3-week turnaround generally, however with the extremely high volume of orders we expect to receive in November and December, we simply cannot guarantee them all – due to the bespoke nature of our business. If you haven’t received a dispatch notification from us by end of play on the 19th December (our last dispatch day), then your order will be completed and dispatched within the first couple of working weeks after we have re-opened in the New Year.

*Any bespoke items produced in bulk, i.e. QEGS will be dispatched as per descriptions/popups on those shop pages – please email websales@halbro.com if you are unsure.

Our last working day of the year will be Friday 20th December, where we will then close to enjoy the break, and we will be back open on Thursday 2nd January 2025, ready for another exciting year!
