Halbro Sportswear are delighted to showcase our New Better Fitted Women’s playing kit

Halbro Sportswear are huge fans and supporters of women’s rugby. We have supplied teams with their kit for over 100 years now and have seen the amazing growth of women’s rugby at all levels first hand, especially in recent years.

Feedback from our customers was that for too long teams have had to make do with kits designed for men. Given that there are over 2.7 million women playing rugby now, we could see that this was unacceptable.

Rugby is an inclusive sport, and we want as many people to take up the game that we love, and this starts with the kit.

#TeamHalbro have spent time perfecting our own women’s playing kit and developing a full off-field range (due to be released next Easter) at our headquarters in Bolton, UK.

There has been lots of size fittings, spec alterations and testing sessions. This jersey coupled with our performance short completes women’s playing kit. Something we are really proud to be able to shout about.
